1. Terms & Conditions
Overview
Extra Life Designs specializes in custom and made-to-order 3D printed products including:
- 3D Printed Roses
- Hueforge Prints
- Lithophane Prints
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, layer lines, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on design complexity and order volume.
Production begins once payment is successfully processed.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, listings, branding, and website content are the property of Extra Life Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Extra Life Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

2. Shipping & Payment Policy
Shipping Area
We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping services may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- Other USPS services as applicable
The shipping method is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on USPS service and destination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Extra Life Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
3. Return, Damage & Lost Package Policy
Damaged Items in Transit (USPS)
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the original packaging (inside and outside)
- A photo of the USPS shipping label
- The damaged item and packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved, as USPS may require inspection.
Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.
If the damage is verified:
- We will file a claim with USPS if applicable.
- Once approved, we will either:
- Ship a replacement item, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse, improper handling after delivery, or insufficient evidence.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please check with household members and neighbors.
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Contact your local USPS office.
Extra Life Designs is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
If tracking does not show delivered and the package appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will initiate a USPS Missing Mail search or insurance claim where applicable.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products:
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
- Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
